Captivating its audience with some
of the lesser known stories collected by the famous German brothers, this wicked show is a
dark celebration of their original gruesome content. Using elements of folklore,
storytelling and theatre to enthral its adult audience, Louna's first Fringe production
will curl up beneath the root of an extremely black forest!
Louna Productions are Anna Lehr and Louisa Thornton. The two
actresses met in early 2010 and founded their own theatre company to specialise in
storytelling with a twist for adults. Over the years, they have gathered a wealth of
experience in professional theatre productions in Germany and Scotland, ranging from
children's theatre to Shakespeare, from musical to physical theatre, from contemporary to
classical productions. Drawing on these experiences they have now joined forces to
develop, direct and perform their very own play.
