For the fifth year the picnic returns
for the funniest dinner date on the Fringe. They'll be serving up everything from your
ever-reliable sausage roll (in the aisles) to your more sophisticated comedy quiche. A different line-up each day, featuring some of the freshest young
comedy talent plus some very special guests. Previous picnic acts include:- Seymour Mace (who has gone on to star in
the BBC3 sitcom "I Deal" as well as having his own solo "Imaginary Friends
Reunited" show at this year's festival), Greg Cook (Runner up in both the City Life
and BBC Comedian of the year competition) and guest spots from Alan Carr (Friday Night
with Jonathan Ross), Alfie Joey, circuit legend Anvil Springstien, the Comedy Store's Mick
Ferry, Jason Manford and Silky. |
