Laughing Horse New Act of
the Year semi-finalist Giacinto Palmieri has been asked too many times why he decided to
leave sunny Italy (actually, foggy Milan) for the shores of Britain.
In this show, his first at the Fringe, he tries to
answer this question once and for all.
You'll travel with him on a journey from the image of
Britain he got from the Italian media (that shining example of good taste, balance and
independence), through his first experiences in London and his clashes with the English
language, to the discovery that he was a misfit in his own homeland and the decision to
take the ultimate step: becoming a British citizen. God save the Queen.
