For the seventh year the picnic returns for more tea time
titters.
Presidents and Prime Ministers have come
and gone, economies have crashed and burned, wars have ended but the Picnic is still going
strong. Here's another chance to see at least one of them. Critics Choice 2006 and 2007.    -Three Weeks.
This years line up features Ian Fox who recently
turned his critically acclaimed Free Festival show "The Butterfly Effect into a BBC
Radio Pilot. Ashley Frieze whose comedy musical simply entitled "The Musical!"
was well received by audiences and critics in 2004 at the Fringe. Plus some guests**.
Previous guest spots have included Alan Carr (Friday Night Project), Jason
Manford (8 out of 10 cats) and Seymour Mace (Ideal).

BIG COMEDY PICNIC - PIG FLU EXTRA
Never ones to shy away from cashing in on a global pandemic, the
Picnic team will be getting out of bed an hour early to put on a extra show for one week
onll, Aug6-13 at the Hive. The previous occupants of the performance slot might be
fighting for life in contagious disease centre (or at home with some Lemsip) but the
Picnic team will be fighting for laughs.
Each day an extra slice of hilarity for the price of Scottish
Tamiflu Prescription.
