animal.jpg (79542 bytes)Free festival. A dynamic show considering conformity, the individual and what it is to be part of a society. Whether you are an animal, vegetable, mineral, or all three, it's always better to be yourself.

'Animal, Vegetable or Mineral?' is a fresh, vigorous piece of physical theatre based on the ever-growing issues of conformity and identity. This comedy-based show is both visually and cognitively stimulating, demonstrating what The Dorothy Key are best at; full frontal entertainment!

Never failing to deliver, The Dorothy Key will fling you into the centre of mayhem and laughter with their larger than life passion for theatre. The piece deals with many issues, several of them serious, and the group draws on influences ranging as widely as commedia dell'Arte, politics and children's stories.

Having toured schools, farms and theatres around the North East, The Dorothy Key have found themselves creating entertainment for every aspect of the community, so now it's your turn to elbow your way through the madness.
The Dorothy Key will be throwing themselves around the stage from August 16- 22nd at 6:30pm in Argyle Bar.
