Nadia Collins is a gifted comedian, performing as an improviser with The Big HOO-HAA! for a decade. She was one half of the critically acclaimed touring Fringe show Bad Egg Boys (5 stars - The West) and has just created the award nominated, 5 star solo show Virgin Bloody Mary. She has recently studied at the esteemed Ecole Philippe Gaulier, focusing on clown and physical comedy. A presenter and teaching artist for Barking Gecko Theatre Company since 2014, her theatre credits include Picasso’s Women, The Door and Herpes (The Blue Room Summer Nights), Lost the Plot and The Hidden Forrest (City of Perth). She represented Perth at Sydney’s Theatresports National Championships in 2010, and her recent film credits include Ben Young's award-winning film Hounds of Love and Madkids' Partners. She has been a regular performer with Impro Sketch, Impro Melbourne, The My Sandwich Show, The Improv Conspiracy, and Dungeon Crawl. She trained with NIDA and 16th Street Actors Studio and has worked with Zoos Victoria as Zoopergirl, the Zoo’s very own Extinction Fighting Superhero. She is also a triathlete, qualified lawyer and swimming teacher.
