Wesley Dalton

Wes Dalton, 'an Irish charmer who has cheekiness and likability down to a tee' (Kentish Towner), is a comic, compere, promoter, actor, writer and chancer from Bray (home of Dara O'Briain) now based in London. He founded and comperes a popular weekly comedy night in Camden wittily entitled Funny Feckers. Wes also books and hosts a monthly pro night at The Irish Cultural Centre in Hammersmith called Hi-Jinxin Hammersmith.

He performed as a compere, stand-up and sketch show actor at the Roisin Dubh at the 2017 Galway Comedy Carnival. He also compered Masai Graham's Monster Comedy at Dropkick Murphy's for two weeks at the 2017 Fringe.

Wes has a love for crowd work and improvised comedy, At the 2017 Fringe he made two Scottish newspapers when he convinced a crazy Dutch audience member to propose to his girlfriend on stage. An audience member videoed the event and it duly did the rounds on YouTube. The following night he was tackled and sent hurtling off stage by the captain on the Canadian women's rugby team. He's still recovering!

Wes performs regularly around the Uk as both a compere and stand-up at nights such as Angel Comedy and Top Secret. In 2018 he hopes to take Funny Feckers to The Free Festival.
