Flloyd is an Australian born actress, singer-songwriter, director and clown who has trained and worked in the UK, USA, Russia and Australia. She lives in Liverpool, UK.
In the late 1960s Flloyd participated in the British folk revival, performed street theatre, cabaret and fringe theatre, was founder/coordinator of Performance Exchange and artistic director of Golden Age Theatre, touring world classic texts throughout Scotland.
She now directs and performs locally and internationally. Her solo show "Yes! Because..." has been performed in Brisbane, Southend-on-Sea, New York, London, Scottish Borders, Edinburgh and Surbiton. She recently played The Busker in “The Bottom Line” in London, the title role in The Real Mother of Marilyn Monroe and the lead role in Reality – the Final for the Out of the Wings Festivals. Her new solo show "The View from Over the Hill" will be availale to tour from January 2020 and will be part of the Brighton Fringe 2020, performing at the Temple Bar.
