Miranda is based in London and is a Funny Women Awards 2013 Semi-Finalist.
She has been performing stand up since 2012 when she completed Logan Murray"s Amused Moose Course. Since then Miranda has performed at gigs across London including The St James Theatre, The Comedy Cafe, The Camden Head, plus many more. She is also receiving bookings out of town including "What the Frock" in Bristol.
Her material is fun, energetic and silly - focussing on the woes of how drama school was NOT like Fame, being asked for ID constantly and the damage watching musicals can do to your adolescence.
Miranda trained in Acting at Bretton Hall (old stomping ground for comedians such as The League of Gentlemen, Mark Thomas and That Pair) and in Musical Theatre at GSA. Other recent performing and writing work includes the famous "News Revue" at the Canal Cafe Theatre, a tour of Midsummer Night"s Dream and a Maplin advert as a distressed bride. She also performs with musical comedy improvisation group "Red Lorry Yellow Lorry".
"Miranda is confident, charismatic, dramatic and more than a little funny." Comedy Club 101 - Comedy Rising Stars 2013 - 4th place.
"Miranda is wonderfully bubbly, joyous and a pleasure to work with. Audiences at What The Frock! lapped up her wide-eyed jokes with delight." Jane from What the Frock! Comedy Nights
