Ross started comedy in 2012 and has since developed into a popular comedian telling personal stories about life bringing up 4 children with his lovely wife. Stories about family, current affairs and every day idiosyncracies, that entertain audiences throughout Scotland and North East England.
In 2012, Ross won the competition that went by the name of Fuck You I'm Funny, run by Scotland in Session. This was a competition for new acts.
In 2014, Ross reached the final of 3 separate competitions, Scottish Comedian Of The Year, Nandos UK New Act and Deuchars Beermat Fringe.
In 2015, Ross has begun to curate and host a new material night in Edinburgh, W.I.P.Smart on a weekly basis, as well as hosting Best Of Scottish Comedian Of The Year showcase shows at The Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
2015 also was the year Ross performed his first solo show at the Fringe, a show which was well attended and received his second 3 star review.
