  Located on Leith Street, right on the junction with Princes Street and North Bridge, the
Newsroom is in it's second year of Free Festival shows, right in the heart of town - a few
minutes from the Royal Mile, and close to The Stand, The Half-Price Hut and the other venues at the
top of Leith Walk - The Playhouse, Highlight and Free Festival venues Edinburgh
City Football Club and Cafe Renroc. This is the second year of Free shows at this venue - and there are daily performances of
Free shows in the funky basement bar beneath the main bar, from 11am to after midnight. With the bar
open all day from 10am for breakfast, and until 2am for dancing after the shows. The bar is fully
stocked with beers, wines and spirits and great value meals available all day. |
