 Situated on Montgomery Street
in the Hillside area of Edinburgh, Cafe Renroc is located just off of Leith Walk, near the
junction with London Road. It's very close to the Playhouse Theatre and Jongluers - and also
nearby to other Free Festival venues Edinburgh City Football Club, The outhouse and The Newsroom.
This is the first year Cafe
Renroc has been run by Laughing Horse as a Free Venue, and all shows are in the funky Basement
Bistro space, beneath the main cafe - with a selection of Music, Comedy and Theatre.
The venue is intimate and
stylish, and also home to a complementary medicine and alternative health centre. There are a
wide variety of drinks, meals and food is available right the way through the day, from early

Shows take place here in the late afternoon and evening, and at lunchtimes the
basement space is used as an inyimate bistro restaurant offering a wide selection of meals. |
