See John share his year long journey of trying to find meaning in his life as a internationally travelling, sometimes single, sometimes committed boyfriend and hopefully sober stand up comedian. Learn how UnRelentless went from a word mispronounced by former American President to a mantra in this bare bones stand-up comedy without props or projections with the only assistance being provided by the stomping feet and odd noises which is the natural byproduct of performing underneath a busy restaurant.John has been performing standup since 2006, and has performed all over his native country Canada. In 2010 he won the Best Newcomer Award at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal. He has been nominated for a Canadian Comedy award in the category of Best Newcomer and was named one of the five "comedians to watch" by the Canadian Comedy Network. He was the youngest featured performer at the 2011 Winnipeg Comedy Festival and in the United States he was the youngest and only Canadian finalist of the 2011 San Francisco International Comedy Festival. His stand up comedy special was chosen to be the last special ever shown on the 15 series run, of Canada’s only stand-up comedy showcase program “Comedy Now”.
