Ladies & Gentlemen are Paul Foxcroft, Monica Heisey, Joseph Morpurgo and Briony Redman - individually they are four experienced improvisers and writers, together they are a sketch group. The show is 55 minutes of imaginative and unusual sketches both sophisticated and silly. The cast have a broad range of comedy experience both at the Fringe and elsewhere. Paul Foxcroft is co-founder of improvised comedy group 'The Institute', has a double act with Cariad Lloyd, and was a finalist at the Just For Laughs sitcom pitch in Montreal 2011. Monica Heisey is a Canadian improvisor and stand up who has trained with instructors from the Second City, taught with the Canadian Improv Games, and performed across North America and the UK. Joseph Morpurgo has written sketches for Radio 4 (Lucy Montgomery's Variety Pack) and helmed two Sell-Out Edinburgh runs with 'The Oxford Imps'. Monica and Joseph also co-wrote starred in 2011's Sell-Out edition of 'Shakespeare For Breakfast'. Briony Redman has written material for Radio 4 (Laura Solon: Talking And Not Talking) and been 'Specially Recommended' by the Funny Women Awards for her double act 'Bronya and Siony'. The show is full of family-friendly comedy and memorable characters with room for ad-libs and a little bit of story - perfect for an afternoon of comedy
