WELCOME TO THE FREE EDINBURGH FRINGE FESTIVAL!

The Free Edinburgh Fringe Festival will be back in Edinburgh from August 1st to 25th in 2013, with a new and exciting programme of shows for out 10th year in Edinburgh... In 2012 we had one of our most successful years ever, with our audiences bucking the trend of the Fringe and being busier than ever, and a huge amount of critical acclaim for our shows - with 49 Five star reviews, 145 Four star reviews and 164 Three star reviews. We also had two Cabaret Award Nominees, two Stage 'Must See' shows plus media across the Fringe heralding free shows as the way forward for the Fringe.

PERFORMER APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN FOR 2013

We have now opened performer applications for 2013, if you are interested in bringing a show to the Free Festival in 2013 now is the time to submit your show application to us. We have some fantastic new venues in 2013, alongside our venues from previous years, including a brand new venue with a capacity of over 500 people, perfect for big events! Plus 2013 will be our 10th year so there will be lots of special events happening! All of our venue details are available here.
