Directions

Car

There is parking (if you are lucky) on surrounding residential street, these are sometimes metered, so please make sure you have bought a ticket if needed. Buccleuch Street is on the south side of Edinburgh, running parallel to the A7, Clerk/Nicolson Street.

Trains

The Meadow Bar is a 10 minute walk from Waverley station, and a slightly longer walk from Haymarket. Trains  serve most of Scotland, and major links to cities around the UK into Waverley. From Waverley station walk up Waverly Steps, and turn right at the top onto Prices Street - Take the First right and walk over North Bridge, this leads straight onto onto South Bridge and Nicolson Street. Turn right onto West Nicolson Street, and then left at the end (by 'The Pear Tree' pub) onto Buccleuch Street. The Meadow Bar will be on the right hand side of the road as you walk down Buccleuch Street.
